Lurking in a box I like to call specials.  Crown Heights Affair are an American funk, disco and soul group originated from the syndicate borough of Brooklyn, New York City.  Crown Heights is namely a segment of Brooklyn hence the title in the group name.  A neighborhood in the central portion of New York City borough of Brooklyn to be exact. You'll find many of their classics have born the brunt of the late 70's early 80's.  Originally known as Ben Iverson and the Nue Dey Express on Britne Records, founded by then-bassist Donnie Linton, the group was renamed for a neighborhood in Brooklyn.
