This was one of the most criminally under-promoted and underexposed R&B/Soul albums of the late 1980s. On this album, James "D Train" Williams gives us some glorious, heartwarming and soul-stirring vocal performances on the ballads "Curious", "Child Of Love", "If You Know What I Know" and the poignant "Shadow Of Another Love". 

 

The uptempo dance numbers "Runner", "Order In The House", "Diamond In The Night" and the title track are all fine examples of truly SOULFUL dance/club music and let D Train flex his powerful vocal muscles to great effect.
